Concurrent with the SDS, Inc. activities, and reporting to the same senior executive President/CEO, am responsible for all administrative and corporate organizational, financial and reporting activities for the corporation and each of its individual units. Coordinate meetings, conferences, publications and commitment schedules for multiple senior consultants and researchers working on private sector, government contract and university based assignments in the fields of Knowledge Management Theory and Practices.

Scientific Data Systems, Inc.

Executive Administrator/Office Manager/Secretary of the Corporation  June 2000 – Present

Serve as Executive Administrator to the President & CEO responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company to include: secretarial, receptionist and administrative duties; all accounts payable/receivables to include cash management, payroll and associated taxes, financial reports to include monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow; purchasing agent for the company; and preparation of due diligence materials.  As Secretary of the Corporation, responsible for filing all documents with the State Corporation Commission; maintaining minutes of all Board and Shareholders Meetings, and issuing and maintaining all Stock Certificates.

Klein Technologies, Inc.

Executive Assistant/Assistant Secretary of the Corporation October 1998 – June 2000

Was responsible for supporting both the President/CEO, and the Chairman in the day-to-day operations of the company to include dealing with all levels of management; issuing and maintaining the Employee Qualified Stock Option Program. Also responsible for coordinating all off-site meetings to include conference planning and preparation of all briefing/handout materials; production support for all proposals being submitted ensuring compliance with the RFP. Assisted in the preparation of Due Diligence Materials.  Attended all Board meetings and maintained the company's corporate books.

FAC Technology, Inc.

Executive Assistant August 1991 – Present

FAC Technology, Inc. (FAC T) a management consulting company dealing with various size companies primarily in the information, telecommunications and professional services marketplace. Responsible for day-to-day operations of business to include: secretarial and administrative duties; all accounts payables/receivables, and maintenance of company books; communicated with clients (all levels of management) and vendors; supported, organized and managed the publication/production of major client proposals, acquisition documentation, business plans, strategic plans, teaming and strategic alliance agreements; conducted site analyses; acted as conference coordinator for various companies' strategic planning off-sites to include preparation of all briefing/handout materials, hotel planning, and trouble-shooting while conference in session.  Also contracted out to various companies to assist in preparation of forecasts, government billings, subcontractor billing/inquiry coordination, point of contact for both government and subcontractors, and administration of training facility.  Served as Secretary to Corporation and attended all Board of Directors Meetings.

Litton PRC Inc. (Formerly Planning Research Corporation)

Executive Secretary – Program Development April 1991 – August 1991

Responsibilities included: general secretarial and executive administrative duties primarily for Director of Operations Enhancement and Review, and assisted with support to 12 account managers.  Collated inputs and maintained timesheet records.  Assisted in the input and maintenance of the Lead Tracking System.  Served as an active member of the D.C. Metro Area Culture Building Team responsible for development and implementation of a pilot Quality Initiative Program with operating group representing over 500 employees.  Active in the Administrative Practices Program as an instructor on "Organizational Overview".

Executive Secretary to Senior Vice President,

General Manager – Program Development January 1991 – April 1991

Responsibilities included: general executive secretarial and executive administrative duties.  Assist in a smooth transition into position.  Selected by Senior Management to represent Program Development organization in a pilot Quality Initiative Program (design, implementation and maintenance of program).  Communicated to all levels of company on behalf of Senior Vice President, General Manager.  Maintained monthly reports, inputs of timesheets for the entire Program Development organization, and assisted in preparation of 1991 salary increases documentation and administration.

Executive Secretary to Office of the President February 1988 – December 1990

Responsibilities included: general executive secretarial and administrative duties as well as assisted Executive Administrator for the President in various assignments.  Communicated daily with other senior-level executives.  Designed and implemented an executive secretarial meeting held monthly; began development of a secretarial manual; ran trouble-shooting during quarterly off-site meetings in various hotels to assure meeting success.  Developed skills and trained others in usage of various software packages.  Assisted President in preparing data for reorganization and possible divestiture.  Assured smooth transition with change-of-command.

Bendix Aerospace Sector Headquarters

Executive Secretary to Sector Director of Compensation June 1986 – February 1988

Programs and Human Resource Systems

Responsibilities included: general executive secretarial support as well as providing occasional support to Human Resources Management staff.  Bendix Aerospace was a company with 34,000 employees and $2.5 billion in sales.  Provided administrative support for several employee compensation and benefit plans and programs including incentive compensation; 401(K) and loans; leased cars; and relocation/mortgage programs.  Significant telephone contact with all 18 operating divisions and Allied-Signal Corporate office.  Developed skills in using a state-of-the-art on-line Human Resource Management System as well as various software applications.

VA Commercial Leasing Department

Administrative Assistant to Vice President April 1983 – May 1986

General secretarial and office manager duties which included: organizing and implementing an office move; conducting interviews for support level positions; and training/supervising support staff.  Provided administrative support to agents and senior-level management, and interfaced with customers as required.  Assisted in composing developer proposals and listing agreements.  Developed skills and trained others in the usage of various software packages.

Secretary to the Director of Sales August 1981 – April 1983

Promoted to position.  Responsibilities included: serving as primary assistant to the Director of Sales; completing payroll and payroll forecasts; supervising and training a staff of nine employees; and assisting Convention Services when groups were in the hotel.

Secretary/Sales Department June 1980 – August 1981

Supported two sales managers booking groups into the hotel, and assisted the Secretary of the Director of Sales on a daily basis with various other assignments as required.
