Statement and Cash Flow; purchasing agent for the company; and preparation of due diligence materials. As Secretary of the Corporation, responsible for filing all documents with the State Corporation Commission;

Was responsible for supporting both the President/CEO, and the Chairman in the day-to-day operations of the company to include

FAC Technology, Inc. (FAC T) a management consulting company dealing with various size
companies primarily in the information, telecommunications and professional services marketplace. Responsible for day-to-day operations of business to include: secretarial and administrative duties; all accounts
payables/receivables, and maintenance of company books; communicated with clients (all levels of management) and vendors; supported, organized and managed the publication/production of major client proposals,
acquisition documentation, business plans, strategic plans, teaming and strategic alliance agreements; conducted site analyses; acted as conference coordinator for various companies' strategic planning off-sites to
include preparation of all briefing/handout materials, hotel planning, and trouble-shooting while conference in session. Also contracted out to various companies to assist in preparation of forecasts, government

plans and programs including incentive compensation; 401(K) and loans; leased cars; and relocation/mortgage programs. Significant telephone contact with all 18 operating divisions and Allied-Signal Corporate
